1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods (e.g., sales events, holiday season).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, CourierPlease, and Sendle.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather events, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping promotions may apply to selected products or order amounts (details will be displayed on the product page or during checkout).
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system after dispatch.
5. Delivery Address Requirements
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes for oversized items.
6. Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a collection card or attempt re-delivery.
- Additional re-delivery fees may apply if your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address.
7. International Shipping
At this time, OZ Gadgets Hub ships within Australia only. We do not currently offer international delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, we will lodge an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
